Description:
The gellified pear is made from the Williams pear selected on the best French orchards. It is obtained through the fermentation and distillation of Williams pears. This spirit is then mixed with neutral alcohol, water and a flavoring agent.
Ingredients:
Pear spirit – Alcohol – Water – Flavor – Gelling agent: xanthan agent.
Application:
It can be used as an ingredient for pastry, the gellified texture give the advantage of homogeneous snaking and an easy distribution on the dough.
