Application:
Icing of baked goods before deep freezing (éclairs, choux, mille-feuilles, tourte…).
Casting of small figures.
Dosage:
Dilution up to 5%.
Direction to use:
Take the needed quantity and heat softly at 67 / 86F in a double pan, oven or microwave. Stir vigorously. Ice the goods using a spatula or dipping.
Shelf life:
12 months.

Dry.
