Dosage:
Sabarot Dried Mushrooms have to be soaked for 40 minutes in warm water. They can also be prepared by adding 300 ml of water to 40g of mushrooms and then cook the whole mix 3 minutes in the microwave.
Application:
After being soaked, Sabarot mushrooms should be cooked as fresh mushrooms.
Morels are a feature of many cuisines, including Provençal. One of the best and simplest ways to enjoy morels is by gently sautéing them in butter, cracking pepper on top and sprinkling with salt. Others soak the mushrooms in an egg batter and lightly bread them with saltine crackers or flour.
