Sugar – Wheat flour – Starch – Skimmed milk powder – Maltodextrine – Emulsifiers: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E471, Lactic esters of fatty acids mono and diglycerides E472b, Propylene glycol monoesters E477 – Baking powder: Disodium diphosate E450a, Sodium carbonate E500, Wheat starch, Calcium orthophosphate E341 – Vanillin.
Dosage:
At least 7 liter of baked sponge cake per kg of mix.
Application:
Preparation of sponge batter for sponge cakes, Swiss rolls, biscuits.

12 months.
